till create during this tough time. That being said if you are feeling sick please let me know and I will work with you on rescheduling or canceling your booking. Since I've opened the studio I have always done a deep clean every night but I will be taking extra steps to make sure the studio is sanitized and clean before the start of each day. Beautiful 600 sq ft. loft with 11 ft. ceilings and south facing windows that provide great natural light. Booking comes with roof access at no extra charge. There is a freight elevator that runs 24/7.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable.
